W5 R1 times three!

Just started Week Five and had my best run yet. I was hardly looking/thinking about the time and could probably have carried on. Despite missing last Friday's run. I'm spending the whole week on R1 so I can keep building it up gradually. Fingers crossed will finish W5 sometime before Christmas!!!
