Well today's 5k was completed in 30.34. I'm so so chuffed, the last 0.5 was tough but I was determined. My problem is though I have a niggle around the groin area of my left leg. It doesn't bother me at all until around 3.5k and never at any other point! Any thoughts?

That's a really good time. Well done. Make sure you stretch after each run, especially the one where you stand and pull one leg back so you're stretching the front of your hip.

Great time, well done........but as a pedant.......I have to say that you need to get under 30 minutes to claim a thirty minute 5k. Don't fret, you will be there soon!
