Well done! Some runs are hard work but it all pays off - you're so close to that 30 minutes now! Keep going, only 4 runs til graduation!

Well done you. I just completed Week 8 Run 3 and actually found it easier than Week 8 Run 2, so hopefully your next run will be a quite doable for you. It won't be long now until we graduate. :-)
