I posted on here in October. I've been a fan of C25K for over a year now but tore my ligaments in my left foot in September so had to take a reluctant break from running. It's now nearing the end of November, I'm still getting some pain in my foot, can only wear lace up boots to support the injury, but can walk without a limp. My yoga can aggravate it but I'm desperate to get back to the treadmill ... I can't run outside in the winter due to my asthma... some of you advised me in October to be patient, so the question is, have I been patient enough? Is it safe to get back out there now? πππ π£

Sounds like you still need to rest that foot. Sorry. Perhaps you could check with doctor.

You should definitely get it checked by a doctor or a sports physio. I know it's frustrating at the time but, having spent two months on the IC, it's definitely better to wait until you're fully recovered than to push yourself and put the injury back another month or two!
Fingers crossed for a quick recovery for you.
