I posted on here in October. I've been a fan of C25K for over a year now but tore my ligaments in my left foot in September so had to take a reluctant break from running. It's now nearing the end of November, I'm still getting some pain in my foot, can only wear lace up boots to support the injury, but can walk without a limp. My yoga can aggravate it but I'm desperate to get back to the treadmill ... I can't run outside in the winter due to my asthma... some of you advised me in October to be patient, so the question is, have I been patient enough? Is it safe to get back out there now? 😀👟👠👣
