Week 5 started...

Well, having been at a rehearsal all day yesterday, and at school for a choir rehearsal all day today, I wasn't sure about going out tonight, but today had only been mentally exhausting (yesterday was physically demanding too!), so I decided to get out and blow away the cobwebs from being stuck in a school hall with 45 8-13 year old boys all day!!

The run was ok. No technical issues (used my phone rather then my iPod!), no breathing problems, managed all three runs.....

.....overtook a couple of people walking, met a runner going the other way who was running at roughly the same speed as me, and managed a personal best time of just over 7 mins per km (with the slowest 2 kms being the 1st and last when I was doing the 5 minute walks)...

:)

I am a pupil support assistant in a primary school, so deal with lots of challenging behaviour, a run is great for getting it all out of your system x

If you type snow or blow you get that tag. We don't seem to be able to edit them out these days. Dunno why?
