Cold this morning, but a great run anyway.

Out this morning for my morning run. A lot colder with frost on the ground but out I went any way.

Could not really see much but only did about 25 minutes as I knew I would have to deice the car before going to work. Despite it being cold it was wonderful just to be out and clearing the mind ready for work.

Would like to take a picture but it would just come out blank and not enough light to show anything.

I think a big well done to anyone going out to face the cold. I had my first run in properly in chill and frost early Wednesday about 6:45 was a bit of a shock.

Think I posted on the quest week 4 posts that on starting running I gasped at first sucking in of cold air. Felt like, but not as bad as, when getting into cold shower expecting it to be warm. Takes some acclimatisation.

Yes, I had my first "cold" run yesterday morning. Once I had "warmed up" (bit of a misnomer) and started running I actually enjoyed it. It's got to better than dripping with sweat in the summer!
