190 and still counting.

Recently I have seen umpteen showings of a TV AD, showing James Cordon shouting about Green lights and howling at a poodle.

I'm not sure what the advert is about but I feel that I could do one for Couch to 5K.

My advert would be nothing to do with coloured lights.

What I would be able to say is that the only thing that gets me wet on Couch to 5K is my perspiration!

As I jogged along at 4.30 am today I realised that I was on my 10th run and every run has been dry. Not a spot of rain. I live in the UK so I class this as very weird.

I completed W4/R1 today and the podcast certainly helped. My route is a warmup walk down a very steep hill that takes five mins followed by the first half of the run on the level. Then it gets harder as the second half of the podcast is up hill all the way.

I felt so good at the end of the run, I had a smile much bigger than any Cheshire cat.

Thanks, Laura you explain everything so well.

Good luck everyone and enjoy the runs.

You're doing really well! I graduated a couple of weeks back, managed to do most of my runs in the dry, and the boiling heat of summer. I have also run Parkrun in thunder and lightening and pelting rain, which wasn't much fun, I can tell you! Haven't done any running this week so far, when it's been much colder and you are a braver soul than me going out in the dark.

You are doing great - but you are missing out on a treat. Running in the rain is just THE best sensation! Just wait til you get to try it :) !!!

Ha, when I did a council backed C25K program - ever run day (only one a week so the organiser got it a bit wrong) was wet, some even torrential rain. The when we graduated to Parkrun which was held on the same day of the week in the same venue it didn't rain for over a year - quite spooky and yes Halloween is over
