Not sure what happened today...

...set out in my favourite sort of day; cold and sunny ready to take down run 2 of week 6, had my sassy pants on and ready to go! πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸƒπŸ» but part way during the second block of running it was as if someone suddenly pulled the plug 😳 My legs felt like lead, however I refused to stop and got to the end remembering Laura's words from an earlier podcast of pushing through a tough run builds up the stamina, or something like that. I had a really bad nights sleep last night so probably that didn't help, plus I've been going a bit further and think these stout legs are feeling it. Ashamed to say though there was some very colourful language going on in my head as a response to the lyrics 'so easy now' being repeated endlessly in the chorus going on the podcast 😁

Still, the run is in the bag, Friday's another day and another run closer to graduation!! 😊

I remember week 6 and my legs feeling like lead, especially my left leg.

Well done for carrying on.

I think it wears off after a couple of weeks, well it did with me.

I reckon it's all about building stamina.

Well done πŸ‘

Best part of your post was the words "however I refused to stop" - that usually kills 99% of all known gremlins
