Maintaining the good times from the last few runs! A few sharper inclines as I decided to mix my route a bit,mix of old and new and backed off a little to ease things chest wise (can't remember the medical term for a raised chest-was born with it!) but all in all,really good and the few downhill bits did help too! Onwards and ever upwards!

A tip someone posted last week was invaluable help to me this morning on my 'Hills Day' - instead of slowing down, keep the same pace but much shorter steps.
