I have a head cold but it was so gorgeous this morning I had to get out there. And it was well worth it! The run was fine and the clean cold air seemed to sort out my gungey nose, but I am feeling sorry for myself now. I'm so in the zone that I really don't want to blow out run w6r3... but I know what I'm like. I have a tendency to not get back into things if I have a break, so I kind of have to do it even if I'm feeling awful. But that might make me feel worse. Aargh!

You can't come this far and not finish! If it's just a head cold and you have no symptons in your chest, etc then you can go for a slow gentle run. As you've just done!
