Good luck and well done. Just don't overdo it as the rest days are really important. They enable muscles to recover and you appreciate your progress.

How have you decided to supplement running on 'rest days' at the gym? Well done on completing the run.
Will only run at gym if I can't get to run outside. living in Scotland weather not the most reliable. will still only run 3 days.
