1. I don't enjoy the run, but the feeling afterwards is amazing!
2. I can't find a good route when I live now which puts me off.
3. My chest (I have had disease in my lungs) has been bad (week7) and I'm really really struggling ๐
4. I've got my number for a New Year's Eve race!! Only 5k but last time I did it 4yrs ago I did 34.5 mins so I have a time to beat! (At the moment I'm looking at more like 50mins!!)
5. I WILL keep going. ๐

I so agree with 1๐but getting better at enjoying it๐keep going you will get there but don't be so harsh on yourself if you finish your race which you will that's a great achievement & I'm sure your times will be great. Good luck ๐
I am a real foodie! No-one likes food more than me, but I like my food healthy. It can be done. I grow lots of stuff so it's not that difficult to whip up something lush. I don't do takeaways any more. Those days are long gone, along with the booze. I wasn't a runner back then though
