Hi, completed c25k today and really chuffed, lost 2 stone in weight and running 30 mins has i said in my last post i booked up for the bristol half marathon next year so something to look forward to... im aiming to run twice a week 5k and one 10k from now on for a few months making sure i take the days rest inbetween. i just want to let any new members know, its the best programme to get started with, probably like you i didn't even think il be running for 30 mins when i started out but here i am now at the end of the programme doing just that.. just like to thank the c25k programme for getting me out and becoming so much fitter. il let you know how im doing in a couple months time.. for now i wish everyone all the best, and keep at it

2 stone is fantastic, and as you've not got the running bug, you'll maintain the healthier lifestyle. Hopefully after reading this others will take up c25k.
