Still having ankle niggles so did W9R2 on the treadmill

I don't know what the problem is with my ankle but every now and then it just gives way. I have had episodes of that since a bad ankle injury years ago and there doesn't seem to be anything really wrong with it, it just goes through spells of doing that.

I didn't want to stop doing the program if I didn't have to so I decided to use the treadmill for the last couple of runs before graduation just so as not to aggravate it.

It's hard work on the treadmill- the display stopped working so I don't know how fast I was running but it feels a lot faster than I normally run and being indoors I get much hotter than I do running in the park so I was glad when it was finished! My sister and kids and I plan to do our graduation run on Sunday. :-)

We all have issues from time to time, I have had niggly knees and also a calf pain but all fixed by being sensible. Rest is helpful (but frustrating) but it's about the long term I guess. I have found that strength and flex exercises have helped me so much too and wondered if there are ones specifically building up the ankle area itself? Would be worth looking because "prevention is better than cure" I guess
