Discovering whole bits of my neighbourhood I never knew existed, which is good, but I didn't realise it was not eight runs today..so "four out four back " didn't work and I ended up doing a very very long "warm down walk" home☺️ Just looked on the map and seen how far I went and a bit astonished!
