Long run, short run

After my long, for me, run earlier in the week I thought that I would see if I could increase my pace on a shorter run today, around 4k. I recorded my fastest pace over any distance. I will go back to building my stamina.

I was out running earlier this morning more like when I was doing the programme. It felt good to be running in the crepuscular light. There were large areas of cloudless sky with just a slither of bright moon and glorious bright shining stars.

Happy runnings.

I love running in the mornings (mostly afterwards, not at the time!). Well done on the speed!
