Glad that's done - it was a bit of a slog. It was much warmer tonight inspite of it being dark so our run was slower. We managed a much more even pace over the 3 laps. We met the running club on our way to the park and the organiser invited us to join them when we complete the 5k. She was lovely and they seem a friendly bunch so I think we will go after we complete the program. Cant believe we have 4 runs left til its all over.
