I can almost see the finish line

That's w8 r2 completed, decided to take a different route which had a positive impact on the distance travelled, also breaks up some of the monotony with sticking to the same route. Anyway it went well, but the first 10 mins always seems the toughest with sore knees and those pesky gremlins (you can't do it, just take a little break) but on reflection when I look at the stats my first kilometre is always the quickest

  • Great run and fast too. Yes the first ten minutes are usually the trickiest and it doesn't seem to get better ☹️ Mind you don't go too fast and end up on the IC. We don't want you spoiling your graduation run....
