So I got right back into the running and was managing 25 minutes fairly easily, though slowly! However I've been rather run down the last week. Passing out and dizziness. Doc says BP is dropping on standing and I seem to suffer more after runs.
I'm wanting to get back to it ASAP as wanting to shift some more weight and get fitter before winter. But don't want to rush in too soon either ... any suggestions?

Hi Ansterj, do you think you may have a virus? It sounds like your doing the right things, keeping it slow and steady. Hope you are better soon. Keep us posted as to how you are π
Sounds like a viral infection. Give yourself a break for a week or two. Take a course of ginseng for energy and eat properly. Try almonds for protein and energy. Don't worry. You will be able to pick up where you left off but it sounds like you need to be kind to yourself.
Sounds like a virus and you need to let it run its course. If you do too much your body will not have the energy to beat the bug. There is lots of time to run when you are better. It is frustrating but you need to be patient
