Well I have managed a lovely 5 k around stretford tonight , no breathing problems, no struggle , just a lovely run .I felt in a great place and at one with the world ! Running with a pace maker is so good now .
I have been in Scilly for nearly 3 weeks cycling every day and it appears to have improved my running . I do love being out in autumn evenings it's perfect for running
Couch to 5 K completed but feeling very despondent
