week 4 run 1

Hi there not sure if ive posted in here before but have been following a lot of the posts, and post on weightloss nhs. Im on w4r1 , i am doing that tonight with a c25k group and my husband then we have to fit in the other 2 runs ourselves. Its been ok so far and have really enjoyed it. Im not very fast tho and my hubby is off at the front haha but i would rather he ran to his pace then slow down to mine.
