And I am pleased with it. It's not my furthest but was my fastest distance in 28 mins as I got to the end of my route before the 30 mins. I did just under 4K in the 28 mins which I am pleased with as on the way back it was really windy and felt as if I was going backwards at times. I lost a bit of confidence running out side as I had been on the treadmill and had talked my self I to how hard it was outside but actually it was ok- apart from the wind!

It's nice to get outside - even though the wind is the pits! Sometimes feels like treadmill running in that you put in lots of effort without managing much forward motion!
