Finally week 6 complete!

So after AGES and a lot of stop starting due to hectic work schedule (16 hour shifts are no fun) I've finished week 6! I actually thought it'd be a lot worse than it was. It was super foggy though so I don't know if the mist cooled me down a bit, helping me along! I lagged a bit at one point but once I heard 5 more minutes I seemed to realise a lot was in my head!

Would like some advice though! I seem to get stitch pain (though more like a background ache rather than true stitch) always on the right side. I've tried Laura's advice and drinking water before running. It varies though and tends to be more when I slow down?? It was bad in run 2 of this week when I walked then disappeared once jogging again. Any advice?
