W5 R3 completed πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Back in W3 I commented about wanting to be able to jog round my local park as that was as far as I wanted to run! Well early this morning hubby and I embarked on w5 r3 which was 20 minutes not stop jogging. This was actually 2 yes 2 laps of my local park!!! Can hardly believe it happened. Keep thinking back to w1 when the minute runs were so hard and I could hardly breathe. Don't get me wrong it was hard work this morning but I pushed on and didn't want to give in. Can't believe I ran for 30 minutes πŸ˜‰ thanks to you all on the forum who have been very encouraging and inspirational. Bring on w6 and all you have to throw at me.

Ps must be getting the running bug as hubby has just ordered me a Tom Tom gps watch to track my runs, lucky me.

A big well done to you Jane. This is the run that changes everything. And how lovely of your husband to order you a TomTom 😊 You must have got the bug then? πŸ˜‰

in reply to Irishprincess

Yes think I have the bug, quite excited as each run approaches, can't quite believe this is me speaking 😊

Felt massive and really wasn't sure I'd be able to it but so glad I pushed through. Can't wait for w6 πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Big well done to you, Jane! You must be so proud! πŸ˜ƒ I wish we were still on the same run, but my cold really knocked me back. 😒 Anyway, so glad to hear you did it! Gives me hope!

You will soon be back out and running, if I can do this I am sure you can. I really would say I was a non runner before I started this programme. Y
