Hopefully back!!

After a busy summer with all my children I hope to get back into my running. I was very pleased to find that I did 4.4 K in 30 mins this morning, yes it was on the treadmill as it is so very hot and humid outside. My aim was 10 mins and I though yep still feeling ok so went for extra 5 min intervals so see how it went and managed the 30 although the last 2 mins was hard work! Hope everyone has had a good summer and still running around

  • Welcome back!! I'm also not long back after an injury so am gradually building up again too - although I'm still only doing 10 minute runs at the mo. 4.4k in 30 minutes is great!! Bet it feels great to be running again for you too? Glad you're back! :)
