awesome run this morning, after 3 very slow pre work runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but despite them being funny little shuffle plods, it felt really good to have managed to get up before work and fit it all in (just!). I had convinced myself I wouldn't keep it up once school started again, buy fingers crossed,so far so good.

one week to go and my Summer holiday project is finished, cant quite get over what a profound and wonderful change its made to my outlook!
