Checked out my terribly slow mini run from Monday and found out I'd done 1.54 miles in 19 minutes. I was just pleased it was more than a mile!

Doesn't seem that slow to me, that seems like a good distance in the time

If it translates into 3.1 miles (or 5k) in 38 mins it would be a personal best!! It felt terribly slow to start with, must've done some faster bits without realising. I'm convinced that taking longer breaks (both of mine have been enforced) help me consolidate fitness.

Well done! Far better to go slow but get round don't you think? 😃😃

mmm... especially after it was showing off (to myself!!) that got me into this mess in the first place! (that, and not stretching properly; oh I've learnt that lesson!)
