I use a Nintendo braintrainer to help with my mental sharpness through & after depression illness, and have found an improvement in my mental agility, which I believe has also been helped by physical excercise such as c25k😊
Has anyone else found this

I haven't but I am sure the brain and exercise achievements are strongly linked. I have been feeling a bit low recently due to circumstances and my body seemed to ache more, I gave up more quickly. Now I am picking up, I feel more determined and my legs are stronger. I am runniNg better with more determination and strength
