Week 6 done. Beat those gremlins

I felt too hot but had to try cos I left work early because I won't get chance tomorrow. I did it! I drank half a litre of water when I got back, ate some strawberries then had a rest and a shower. Now I'm so tired I could easily sleep, at just gone 6pm- not a good idea. I don't know what affected me the most the heat, the running or fighting with those darned gremlins again. Laura said I'm a runner :-)
