Just finished week 4

Just did the third run for week 4 though have to admit that I was flagging towards the end, which was the first time since I started this that I felt like that.

I do generally feel better though and I haven't been keeping a record but I do feel like Ive got a bit trimmer if not neccessarily lost weight.

Might miss a run next week as my sisters getting married!

Well done. You could always pack a sneaky run in when you're hanging around between ceremony and reception * yawn yawn* 😉
