Phew..W7 R1 done ☺

After my aborted run on Tuesday due to simply being too tired and runninh at the end of a day, today I managed it. I'm still not fling great energy wise but pushed through till the end so I'm pleased. We go away today for 5 days into the peak district for me to walk as it's the tenth anniversary since my youngest son died so it's a difficult time but also feeling bit unsure of running in an unknown area etc. We'll see but glad I managed a second 25 minute -er!

  • Well done to you. This weather saps our energy I think, but hats off to you because you did it.

I hope you take your running shoes with you as that would be a glorious place to run. And I hope you get some solace from your break. x

  • Well done . For running despite obstacles. hope you have a good break.

  • Good for you on that Run, and may you find some peace and guiding insight as you remember your son.

  • Well done you! Walking or running while you are away should give you plenty of head space to remember & celebrate your son. Hope you return feeling ready to push on to graduation :-)
