Nice and Easy Does It

I wakened up at 5.30 this morning. It was still quite dark and it had not long since stopped raining. I got up straightaway and donned my running gear which I had laid out the night before.

As I started I had no idea what I would do on my run. Would I go for distance? Would I go for speed? Would I go for my route with inclines. In the end I just started to run and made my choices on the route. In the end I went for a fairly middle distance and a fairly average pace by my standards. By the end I was pleased with my run and already looking forward to the next one on Wednesday. Again I am not sure what I will do on that run either.

Happy running folks.

I wish I could do that, I spend ages dithering while I try and decide what to do - longer than the run itself sometimes! Well done x
