Anyone else due to graduate this week?

I completed week 9 run 2 this morning. I am thinking I am going to take two rest days and go for my graduate run on Sunday. My legs have ached today. Am wondering if anyone is with me?

Ahh just go for it. So many different shapes and sizes.. I honestly don't feel anyone is going to be judging us

I'm not sure what is best to either work on speed or distance. I'm managing 4.8k in 30 mins but really that's 40 mins because it has my 5 mins warm up and cool down on it. So I am very slow.

I THINK I may qualify for graduation this week. I'm on the joke C25K app where you build up to 35 mins runs. I've done 2 runs that equate to 35 mins/5k runs so will do another and claim my prize ☺
