My favourite week - I love the first bit of music after the 5 min warm up and tomorrow's weather looks spot on - 10 degrees, big sun and 8mph winds. Bring it on, I'm ready for ya! Happy running everyone. Lots of segment records broken on my last run and best time for a mile at 9.50. Happy days.

A good run although my legs felt a little heavy.. 3.5 miles altogether including the warm up and down walks and I ran for 30 mins rather than 28 just to see if I could keep it up. I could until that hill - I really hate that hill
