Week 3 is when it all started to come together for me. Happy running 😀
Am just on W3, hopefully R2 tomorrow. It's not as bad as you think it's going to be - just had to remember to slow down. Good luck with it

Well done twinnie!! I have day 3 to do today, cheesy music at the ready! I'm not looking at week 3 just yet lol, think I will cry 😂 If I run today exactly as the plan says with no hitches I will move on on the plan if I struggle at all I might do one more day of week 2 after my disaster on Tuesday 😶 But as I did ok Thursday if I do ok again I think I'm ready 🙈🙈🍀🍀 good luck for week 3 titchy121 xx
Well done Its a great feeling - think we all feel a bit daunted at the start of each new week but trust Laura and the programme and go real slow
