Voting = walking to the polls

Hi all

So I haven't started running yet as I can't seem to shake this cold!! (its been two weeks just finished antibiotics!) But instead I used the opportunity to walk to the voting station and all over the place to try and get some form of exercise (we were voting for local government in SA, and of course my fiance was trying to catch pokemon..).

I am planning to start with W4R1 on Monday anyone joining me?

Why are you starting with week 4? If you haven't run before, and actually even if you have, you should do the programme from the beginning...

Hi Curly

I have run 5km before but just not continuously for the full duration, I can run at least run for 5min continuously so I thought to start a bit later in the program.
