Just a couple of days ago I posted as couldn't get past the dreaded 25 minute run. I would get to about 10 minutes and have to stop for a bit before I could carry on, and couldn't"t get past 10 minutes at all! I had some lovely replies and took some advice from them.
But..today.I DID IT! YAY! I tried to think of anything other than how much longer I had to go. It was a bit darker this morning (I run around 5am) and I couldn't"t read my watch properly which was probably better for me. I concentrated on the songs I was listening to, thought about anything and just kept going! I knew I was getting near the end and really just kept going! OMG I did it!
Pushed those gremlins away completely!I'm so happy this morning - can you tell?!π

So, SO happy for you! It's a great feeling isn't it when you crack that awkward one? Well, now you KNOW you can run for 25 minutes, you're going to love week 7. Well done for keeping at it and banishing those gremlins too βΊ
Excellent - well done! And week 7 gremlins can just stay asleep in their beds, because you've now done exactly what you have to do in week 7 - no more of this 'you're not ready for *that*' nonsense that they try!
Absolutely brilliant! Well done! I think this was quite a gremlin-filled time for me too - I don't let them phase me as much these days! Good luck with Week 7βΊ
Hurrah for you! It is a special feeling when you crack a difficult task and you did and now you know you can! Woo hooπ«π«π«. Your success has taken you to the 'sevens' . You know you have the strength both physically and mentally to finish in style. Looking forward to hearing all about your runsπ
