Wow wow wow!! I have done this! I'm really shocked at my progress and still enjoying it to boot.! Again was a bit worried that this new week might take the wind outa my sails and I would just go ummph! But no I found it achievable 😊 Yes tiring and my legs are a bit more achy but I'm doing it. And the best bit... I have lost another 2.1/2 pounds last week as I do weight watchers with this and for a while I have just plaitoued weight wise so this has fired me up and spuring me on, on my journey to a better fitter healthier me.😍 As always thanks for everybody's encouragement from you guys on here. 👏👏💕

Great work on the running and the weight loss! I think we have all felt daunted looking at the next week but the programme is amazing and prepares us to be able to get through it!!

Wow wow wow indeed, and if you think you feel good now, just you wait. You'll be looking back at how far you've come and trust me, all the grinning makes your cheeks ache :)
