Well did run 1 of wk 2 and found it surprisingly ok! Was a little worried it might be a massive difference were I would have to jog for more longer than I could πŸ€” But yay! It was ok I managed it and it was not a massive leap from week 1.!! So still comfortable for me to manage at this early newbie stage. Feeling positive and motivated, Infact actually enjoying it😳 Never thought I'd say that out loud! πŸ˜ŠπŸƒπŸ’•

Good! The program is progressive so you move up each week unless you get stuck and have to re-run one or two. It's great fun so do enjoy yourself. You only need to go very slowly and complete the sessions. That's all.

Have fun!

So glad you are enjoying it! Well done :)

That is fantastic. Well done. I really suffered in the early weeks and love hearing that people are enjoying it from the get go. It's such an amazing programme, little steps, gradual increases. Keep enjoying and keep posting :)

That's great Linda. I think we all have a moment where we realise we are actually enjoying it, perhaps not as early on as you though. Keep your positive outlook. It is so worth doing and perservering with.

Excellent, the programme really is well designed at the right pace. I look ahead at the next run and think ohh no I'll never do it, but have completed each one so far. Keep posting. πŸ˜€

Good for you! :) Do trust the programme as far as progress goes. I had to repeat several stages and am open to the prospect that I will do so again before 'Graduation Day' but I NEVER miss the rest days or jump ahead and that keeps it fun, interesting and above all injury free. I did not think I would get past W1D1 for months, if ever. Started June 1st and find it hard to understand even now how far I have come - just does not seem believable but it is true :) I started thinking I was uniquely unfit to run - but this programme proved otherwise :)

Great work! The great thing in the early weeks is that if you do the first run of the week you know you can do the next two! I think so many of us are shocked that we actually enjoy running but it becomes so addictive.

Thank you for the review! Have just completed W1R3 & a tad concerned about how quickly it will ramp up. Feeling more confident now about next time :-)

You are doing great! I love the enthusiasm! Just take each run as it comes and repeat or take extra rest days as needed. And trust in Laura.
