Another comfortable run once I got a good pace going the warm weather is really helping, I can run without rhematic pains or sinus problems. 4 more runs to graduation, I so hope I make it this month.
I'm glad Laura decided not to tell us to push for the last 60 seconds in W8 when she says stop its always music to my ears. Lol
My 22 year old has started the c25k he did his W1R1 with me last Saturday, he won't be doing the next run until this Saturday, he don't get home from work until 8.00pm and the heat don't help either, he's been trying to run before this Saturday.
Good luck everyone on your runs.

It's great that you are benefitting from the hot weather as most of us are struggling! That's brilliant news about your son and as you're more advanced you can keep him on the straight and narrow! Good luck to both of you and well done.
Thanks ladies for your support and kind comments, yes my youngest was quite inspired by my ability run for 20 minutes or over non stop. What inspired him when I ran one of the week when we have to run two lots of 10 minutes, he tried to run with me that week but was unable to carry on through the first 10 minutes he gave up at 2 minutes and watched me run through the podcast then told me he was very unfit, he works in an office sitting down desk job.
I've managed to persuade him to start the c25k, he enjoyed his first run but is shy to join the community on here to share his progress. lol
