Out at 6.30 this morning before it got to hot and feeling chuffed that I managed to run for 25 min really had to push myself just after 1/2 way but I just kept going and still managed to push up my speed for the last min, although that still was not fast but maybe that will come in time. Looking forward to week 7 now whoop whoop

Yay...go you! 25 minutes. Did you think you would ever do that when you first started? That is a massive first isn't it? And starting week 7, KNOWING you've already managed 25 minutes is such a good feeling. Well done and hope you enjoy week 7
