Anyone done rough runner before?

Signed up to the 10K rough runner and was wondering if anyone had done it before and knew if there was much stopping and waiting for obstacles? I feel it would be much more manageable if there were but either way I'll be pushing my way through it

I did tough mudder a few years ago and there was some but not much waiting. It depends what the obstacle is realy. The longest wait I remember was waiting to jump into a cargocontainer full of ice cubes and water at the start. Tough mudder isnt timed though I'm not sure about rough runner. So there a lot of it is about helping other people across obstacles too.

I'd signed up for it when I was at my fittest ever, then put on about 30kg... the poor people that tried to lift me up..
