I knew I had to find a different route, in week 4 I was running out of road on the loop I was doing I really wanted to try a hill!!
So I made a detour to include running up over the A46 bridge, They are quite severe on a bicycle. I made it up and over to the other side, turned round at the last grate and ran back over the top to find hubby huffing and puffing on his bike
The route was plenty long enough had probably seven minutes warm down, felt amazing running five whole minutes three times . I can run!!
