W5D2 in the am - I hear Banjos..and sometimes they are playing the theme from 'Rocky' and sometimes they are playing the theme from 'Zulu'...in other words, bit nervous as to how it will go. 6 running with 'just' 3 walking is a bit intimidating - but man does it feel good that running the 5s is not scaring me like it did when I first started that stage I really am eager to get to week 6 - I feel like that is when I can really start to build on the solid foundation I am presently laying, but will not lose sight of 'it's not speed or distance that matters - its about putting one foot in front of the other for a certain amount of time and slow is sure" Would be nice to get through it all in one piece in the am though so wish me luck
