My new route is definitely paying off - 4.2km with my second fastest time yet, but had to give myself a stern talking to 20 minutes into the actual running part of the route because I felt sick again and had to walk for 2 minutes before setting off again. I did run for a bit longer on the second half of the run to make up for the 2 minutes walking, but I think I maybe need to go back to Miss Perky on my Zenlabs app to keep me on track as it seems to be at the halfway point that I falter.

Are you running too fast? That would make you feel sick.

I agree with irishprincess, make sure you're not pushing yourself too hard! Feeling a little nauseous is normal but it shouldn't get to the point where you feel like you may retch/actually be sick. Make sure you're running at a nice steady pace, don't run too fast and just focus on running for the full amount of time rather than quickly!
