week 4 run 2 ticked off.

That was after a three mile walk, also in the rain to our Community Hydro Scheme where we had to lift out a very big tree branch, plus some other debris.

I have certainly had a good workout today. Now I am off to play ukulele with my pals

Well done. You and I are working in tandem I completed w4r2 this morning too. I did it in warm mugginess though not rain. A light sprinkling would have been cooling but well done to you for taking a soaking.

Does feel good to have progressed this far though doesn't it 😀

it certainly does. I am a bit worried about the progress slipping next week as we are going to a folk festival and I haven't worked out yet whether there is anywhere to run. But we are not far from beaches so at least it will be boots on for some nice coastal walks
