Week 5 Run 3

Oh that was a bit sneaky Laura. Where did that come from? A 20 minute run at the end of week 5. I started with a nice steady rhythm and was pleased that I was able to maintain it throughout. That was until Laura announced that there were only two minutes left and if I was feeling tired I could slow down a bit to complete the run. At this point I was at the bottom of the incline and instead of slowing down I decided that I would drive up the slope and I increased my pace. I made it to the end and I am ready to start week 6 on Monday. Laura has promised some more longer runs.
