Just a post for the wonderful people who gave me a kick up the bum the other day on my post 'I've hit a brick wall.' I went out today and went back to my original running route and ran for the longest distance yet! 4.2km in 28 minutes and got a new PB pace as well! I've taken off nearly a minute per km off from Tuesday's run and about 5 secs per km off my previous fastest pace! Buzzing now! Thanks everyone for your motivation 😊
