This morning I did my run around the lake at Gueret I'm pretty slow and it takes me my two five minute walks and 30 minute run to do the two loops that make 6 kms. At one end of the lake there a bit of a boardwalk which is pretty springy. I thought I'd really go for it - so ran like a banshee - it was amazing the springy board give you a bounce so you feel like you are being propelled. I've never run that fast in my life - what a feeling.

Ha ha, well done. This running lark makes us a bit mad from time to time doesn't it. Still, it's good for us so we can keep on doing it 😊

Mad it was - I sounded like a grunting piggy at the end though. The path is magic it's like running with springs on your feet - I wish it was like that all the way around

Well done, running around lakes is good fun I normally run along the north bank of the Loire, but when I visit the UK I often run around Draycote Water near Rugby in Warwickshire. Nice to see the water as you run
